Settlement Online Pre-arrival (SOPA) provides opportunities for immigrants to interact with Canadian SOPA staff and access various skills development courses to prepare for the Canadian workplace before departure to Canada.
SOPA is being delivered to East Coast provinces by Immigrant Services Association of Nova Scotia (ISANS). ISANS will connect you with local Newfoundland settlement agencies.
